How You Can Make An Impact
Our Quant Traders work in a concerted effort with other global team members to achieve profitability goals.
Work with team to support the trading desk during core trading hours ( Sunday – Thursday 4:00 pm to ~12:00 am)
Managing positions and capitalize on trading opportunities
Monitor and troubleshoot our proprietary software and trading infrastructure
Use systematic and analytical skills to anticipate problems and proactively formulate solutions
Analyse trading performance and financial time series data with fundamental statistical theories
Manage risk and utilize detailed knowledge of all risk procedures
Work closely with Traders, Quants, and Developers on projects and other ad hoc requests
What You’ll Need
Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a STEM-related field of study
Prior experience as a Junior Trader at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or other financial services firm preferred
Demonstrated success in competitive environments (i.e. poker, chess, athletics, etc.)
Working knowledge of game theory, options theory, and derivatives products
A calculated risk-taker with experience monetizing opportunities in financial markets
Demonstrated experience writing and implementing statistical ideas in Python, R, C++, Q (kdb)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How You Can Make An Impact
We are looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to join our growing team. This person will work at the intersection of project management, communications, and knowledge management to drive cross-functional, high-impact initiatives, and continuous business improvement items. They will be required to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to provide firm-wide oversight on complex projects, ensure new process adoption, as well as hold key stakeholders accountable for their deliverables. The ideal candidate has prior experience with building out an enterprise-wide project management framework while successfully leading multiple interconnected projects, including enterprise-wide technology projects, from strategic planning to completion.
Evaluate current state and implement project management template and framework with the goal of firm-wide adoption
Act as a resource to other departments on project management best practices
Manage multiple projects concurrently, including creating accurate plans/forecasts, organizing timelines and deliverables in a clear, concise project plan, managing status reports, and ensuring milestones are tracked and escalated
Own all facets of critical strategic software migration projects, including migration of third-party systems to proprietary systems
Improve the execution and reporting of existing interdepartmental projects, as well as increase transparency and accuracy to deliver current projects successfully
Create and deliver accurate reports (KPI’s, metrics, strategic initiatives) and presentations to management/leadership
Determine metrics and reporting to evaluate post-implementation impact of projects
Collect all necessary project requirements and documentation, including maintaining project budgets and timelines, and create project reporting metrics
Manage enterprise-wide product and project pipeline, including complex enterprise platforms and systems (SaaS), from planning to completion using best practices
Clearly outline responsibilities and expectations and accurately discern/challenge realities of delays
Actively participate in the annual strategic planning process and offer guidance on feasibility of initiatives to leadership team Partner with IT and Accounting departments to manage the budgets and timelines of strategic projects integral to our corporate function
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred7+ years of experience in a PMO with an emphasis on leadership and change management
Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Six Sigma, or another project management certification required
Experience working within trading, financial services industry highly preferred
Experience with business process management, workflow, and life cycle management
Experience with Atlassian Suite, knowledge of MS Project Suite of products preferred
Prior experience running highly complex, enterprise-wide software development projects, including knowledge of technology development lifecycles

The Geneva Trading HR team is seeking to hire a dedicated resource that will partner with leadership in centralizing all learning and development across the firm. This individual will shape all learning activities, including formalizing learning materials, partnering with leadership and SMEs to develop learning paths, and designing a curriculum that integrates with all other HR functions.
Partner with Senior Leadership in centralizing all learning and development across the firm
Implement a learning strategy that aligns with:the firm’s overall strategy and vision core competencies and success profiles employees’ individual goals and performance
Collaborate with key stakeholders in assessing current L&D programs and courses to identify future needs and make improvements where necessary
Elevate the necessary skills required to make our desired cultural shifts and plan for future succession
Enhance our current internship program
Assist technology leaders in formalizing existing training for our platform and proprietary software
Improve our current onboarding program
Ensure that training goes beyond the learning environment and can be practically applied
Help shape and develop existing and future leaders
Work closely with HR Director in aligning performance with learning for future career path development
Facilitate training with internal SMEs and traders
Coach presenters/trainers on presentation skills and course development

What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning, and Organizational Development, or a related field required

Financial services industry not required, prior tech experience preferred

How You Can Make An Impact
As a Quantitative Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our global risk and operations teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and interest in the derivatives markets.
Develop a strong understanding of our proprietary systems
Evaluate our current workflow and propose solutions to increase efficiency with a strong emphasis on process automation
Create tools and dashboards for internal trade monitoring Model, analyze, and optimize existing and new risk tools, such as VaR and stress tests

The right candidate will lead the development and application of analytic tools and techniques to enhance our robust risk management framework. This role will report to the Managing Director of Risk and work closely with other members of the global risk team and traders.
